For Help with stomach ailments that frequently recur or are chronic, it’s best to drink this tea before your biggest meal every day for several weeks, then slowly taper usage over time. These ingredients have been used extensively by Native Americans over hundreds of generations for, among other things, alleviating muscle spasms, stomach ache, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, headache, fever, coughs and cold, hives, boils, headache, and expelling worms.
